SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY - Please read carefully. Placing an order indicates that you have read and accept the following terms:
We will gladly give you a full refund for your purchase of HILARY'S BLEND supplement if you return the product to us within 30 days of purchase in its original condition (re-sellable, un-opened jars). Note: shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we will refund your full shipping costs if you are returning an order because of an error on our part, or because the product arrived damaged. Because we cannot re-sell returned books, there are no refunds on books purchases. However, if the book arrived damaged, we will replace the book at our cost (including shipping charges) with an undamaged copy. Please notify us of damages within 30 days of purchase.

ORDER FILLING AND OUT-OF-STOCKS
If we have your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you. In-stock orders normally ship within 3-4 business days of placing your order. You can track your order by clicking on "Track order" at the top right of this screen. Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by logging into your account and cancelling your order or by calling 1-519-821-8884. We cannot accept cancellation requests after you have received email notification that your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING COST ESTIMATES
Your shopping cart indicates the estimated shipping costs and estimated delivery times for various shipping options. These costs are calculated based on the shipping option you have selected, your product selection and your shipping address.

DELIVERY TIMING
Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select. In-stock orders are generally filled within 3-4 business days. Delivery options and time estimates are provided in your shopping cart.

DELIVERY COVERAGE
We do not ship to addresses in Canada. Our products are sold in veterinary clinics across Canada. Any veterinarian in Canada can order my products for you. For more information, please click here. We do ship to addresses in the US. Our online store can be used by American customers. We do not ship outside of North America at this time. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address, highway number and/or an emeregency number with your order. Carriers usually deliver between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, USPS will generally leave a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. For your own security, please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "Track Order" link at the top of any web page. Tracking numbers will not be provided for all shipments to the US. You can trace your package by visiting Canada Post's website at www.canadapost.ca or calling 1-888 550-6333 Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time and referring to your tracking number.
